Hever in Bloom showcases the glorious award-winning gardens at the height of their summer beauty. You will be able to enjoy one of the finest displays of more than 5,000 roses in Kent, the Garden of England. Stroll along the herbaceous borders and through drifts of perennials in Faith’s Garden. Wander further afield and enjoy the meadow flowers on Lake Walk.
Head into the Castle and you will see wonderful floral displays in selected rooms that simply enhance the beauty of the historic Castle. If you take a closer look at the woodwork in the Inner Hall you will notice Tudor roses adorning the walls and ceiling.
Head Gardener, Neil Miller and his team are offering free guided tours of the Rose Garden. Neil is well-known within the horticultural world for his encyclopedic knowledge of roses so don’t miss out on this chance to tour the Rose Garden with him.
As well as the guided tour, there will be a Rose Buttonhole Workshop* (*additional cost) and a free Botanical Art Workshop (not Mon 20th) for you to take part in.
Once you’ve finished the tour or workshop, head over to the Courtyard Shop and sample some Hever Castle Gin. It’s even infused with flavours found at Hever Castle.
Always check event details with the venue before travelling.
